Yes it is-tis from the Reload manga volume 4-specifically the title page for Even a Worm 3. For some reason Tokyopop didnt use it there and shoved the picture (de-texted!) to the very back of the volume. *shrugs*

I love this picture! Kannon was so pretty, and I love her half-naked in Hakkai's clothes. XD She's so lickable there.
